G.N. Devy is a scholar and author who was awarded the Padma Shri in 2014.
K. Raju is the national coordinator for the SC, ST, OBC and minorities departments of the All India Congress Committee.
Kancha Ilaiah Shepherd is former director, Centre for the Study of Social Exclusion and Inclusive Policy, Maulana Azad National Urdu University.
Karthik Raja Karuppusamy is a doctoral candidate and senior research fellow at the Centre for Political Studies at Jawaharlal Nehru University.
G.N. Devy is a scholar and author who was awarded the Padma Shri in 2014.
