About Author
Shubham Gupta is a distinguished Indian Administrative Service (IAS) Officer of the 2019 batch, serving in the state of Maharashtra. Hailing from the vibrant city of Jaipur, Rajasthan, he attained his undergraduate degree in Economics (Honours) from the esteemed Delhi College of Arts and Commerce, University of Delhi. He was also enrolled in Delhi School of Economics for his Masters in Economics. He cleared the CSE for the first time in his second attempt, securing AIR 366 and was placed in the Indian Audit and Accounts Service (IA&AS). In his fourth attempt, he achieved the remarkable AIR 6, thus qualifying for the Indian Administrative Service. Presently, Shubham holds the esteemed role of Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad in Dhule district of Maharashtra. His influence extends beyond his administrative duties as he is frequently invited to share his insights with aspiring Civil Services candidates during various talks and events.
