About Author

Sunil Sharma is currently Professor at the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi. A PhD in Total Quality Management (TQM) from the same institution, he has around 29 years of experience in teaching, research and consulting in the area of operations, quality and supply chain management. He has conducted a number of management development programmes for the industry in the same area. He had received the UGC Research Award in 22??25 for his work on supply chain management in the Indian industry. He has contributed numerous research papers to reputed journals. He is on the research jury of the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), New Delhi. He is affiliated to the India Chapter of Production and Operations Management Society, USA. In 21, he was nominated by the University of Delhi to complete the International Teachers Program (ITP) at Kellogg School of Management, Evanston, USA. In 213, he attended the Global Colloquium on Participant Centered Learning at Harvard Business School, USA, on nomination from the University of Delhi. He can be accessed at ssharma@fms.edu.
