Madhukar Shukla is a development sector professional with specific interest in social entrepreneurship and livelihoods. He has over four decades of experience as a trainer/consultant with social ventures, government agencies and corporate organisations. He retired as a Professor of Strategic Management and Organisational Behaviour and Chairperson, Fr Aruppe Center for Ecology and Sustainability at XLRI Jamshedpur and XLRI Delhi-NCR (India).
