A baffling crime. A rundown ex-cop. But he’s their best bet.

A city on edge

A ruthless serial killer stalks the streets of Mumbai, leaving behind a gruesome trail of tortured victims. As the city reels in terror, the authorities grapple with a vital question: What links these seemingly random targets?

A dogged investigator

Enter Prakash Kadam, once a decorated cop but now an angry, bitter wreck of a man haunted by his past. Summoned to put an end to the madness, he finds himself neck-deep in an investigation mired in police sluggishness and antiquated forensics.

A deadly game

As old enmities resurface and perplexing twists in the case push him to the limit, can Kadam find the killer before it is too late? Or will he lose someone close to him—again?

With Razor Sharp, the first book in an exciting new series, Ashwin Sanghi demonstrates yet again his undisputed mastery at weaving complex, gripping thrillers that keep readers on the edge of their seats.

  1. Immortal Som

    Gripping and Engaging (Spoiler Alert)

Ashwin Sanghi is one of India’s bestselling authors who has written books across various genres.
Razor Sharp is the first book in his Kutta Kadam series. The book starts with a murder where the victim’s hands are tied, mouth stuffed with food and a knife is stabbed right into the heart of the victim.

SCP Rane puts in Shinde and the infamous suspended cop Prakash Kadam aka Kutta Kadam on this investigation. On the other hand, there is the Home Minister of Maharastra tied up with the gangster turned politician Bhau Patil who is involved in several illegal activities from child trafficking to drug cartels. As the story goes on several other murders are committed and a pattern starts to emerge as Kadam and Shinde realize there’s a serial killer on the loose in Mumbai. Kadam works dedicatedly towards the case tracking every minute detail. Read to find out what unfolds next.

Overall, It’s quite an interesting read as it keeps you hooked till the end. I would suggest everyone to read it one go as suspense keeps building up till the last page of the book
