Steven L McShane is Conjoint Professor at Newcastle Business School, University of Newcastle, Australia. He has also held positions at University of Victoria, Canada, Simon Fraser’s University, Canada, and University of Western Australia. Prof McShane earned his PhD from Michigan State University apart from holding Master of Industrial Relations University of Toronto. He has conducted executive programs with Nokia, Wesfarmers Group, McGraw Hill, and many other organizations. Prof McShane has published scores of research papers apart from authoring M: Organizational Behavior (MHE). Mary Ann Von Glinow is Knight Ridder Eminent Scholar Chair in International Management at Florida International University. Dr Glinow earned her MBA from the University of Southern California and PhD from Ohio State University. She has authored around 100 research papers and 13 books, many of which have been translated into multiple languages. A Fellow of the Academy of Management, she is the senior editor for the Journal of International Business Studies (JIBS) and sits on 13 editorial review boards. Also, she is on the board of directors of several organizations including Volvo-Geely in China. Himanshu Rai is a Director at IIM Indore. An FPM from IIM Ahmedabad, Prof Rai has had a good stint at the corporate working with conglomerates such as Tata Steel. He has published several research papers in international journals and is on the editorial board of quite a few reputed journals. Prof Rai has authored a book on Negotiation and has served as a Dean of MIS Bocconi, Mumbai Campus. Prior to joining IIM Indore, he was a professor of HR-OB at IIM Lucknow.
