The book also provides a brief treatment of 888 processors bringing out its architectural difference in relation to 886. The thrust of this book is on 886 processors. Subsequently, the book discusses the 8-bit 851 and 16-bit 896 microcontrollers. The last chapter on advanced processors briefs on 8186, 8286, 8386, 8486, Pentium, PowerPC, PIC, RISC& CISC, SUN SPARC and ARM microcontrollers.
