About Author

James Waller is a writer and editor who lives in Brooklyn, New York. He is the editor of the National Writers Union Freelance Writers Guide (F&W Publications 2) and the author of STC's Moviegoer's Journal (21) and The Well-Bred Dog and The Well-Bred Cat (22), in addition to Drinkology (23) and Drinkology Wine (25). He teaches writing at Brooklyn's Polytechnic University. Romana Ponce is a caterer, food stylist, and costume designer. She lives in Manhattan. Both Waller and Ponce like to eat and drink - and they much prefer doing so in the company of friends.
