About Author

Madhumita Chatterji is a Professor with IFIM Business School, Bangalore and Principal of IFIM College. She is also the chairperson of CSR Centre at the institute and a guest faculty at other B-schools in Bangalore such as Welingkar Institute of Management and Indian Institute of Planning and Management. She obtained her PhD from Jadavpur University and completed her post doctoral programme from Oxford University. She has over 16 years of experience in teaching and research. Her current interests are in the areas of ethics, corporate social responsibility, cross cultural management, and corporate governance. She has published one book and various research articles in national and international journals, and has also presented papers at national and international conferences.
