An adopted son of Las Vegas, Walters has had great success in business, real estate, investing, and gambling. He also has been flat-broke many times. Born in extreme poverty in rural Kentucky, Walters has battled personal addictions, mob figures, and overzealous federal agents. He also is one of the top philanthropists in Las Vegas.
