About Author
Tammie Prince has 25 years' teaching experience in primary education across two countries – the UK and the USA. She has been a headteacher of an outstanding primary academy for eight years and a National Leader of Education for five years, supporting other schools in their ongoing improvement. Her academy is the lead school in one of the first designated Teaching School Alliances in the country and she believes that school-to-school support improves life chances for all children.
