About Author
Randeep is a Management Graduate from Panjab University, currently working as a Leadership Coach & Management Consultant in his own capacity. He is backed by more than two decades of corporate experience in areas of Human Resources, Strategy, Government Affairs and Public Policy. Understanding the science behind the behaviours of leaders and people, and possessing a deep knowledge on Indian politics, gives him the unique abilityto provide insights on why political events happen the way they do, further enabling him to suggest solutions to vexed problems.
