About Author

Originally from Mumbai, India, Sapna Ajwani moved to the UK in 2005 and worked in financial services for a number of years. In 2016, she established her supperclub SindhiGusto to promote and spread awareness about the Sindh region, Sindhis and their expansive cuisine.

This book is an extension of those same aims. The research for this book, the recipes which were gathered from Sindhis all over the world, also took Sapna on an odyssey of her ancestral homeland of Sindh in early 2020.
