What is the relationship between Sanatana Dharma and Hinduism?

How does a mantra work?

What’s at the end of the chain of our lives?

How does Bhakti-yoga interrupt the chain of action and reaction?

How do I know who is a guru?

These and many other questions are answered with clarity, simplicity and humour in this comprehensive guide to the essence of Hinduism. For fifty years, Kripamoya Das has taught the spiritual culture of Sanatana Dharma all over the world. Putting together the questions and doubts he’s encountered over the decades, he presents to readers this handbook that they can turn to any time on their spiritual journey.

About Author

Kripamoya Das was raised in Cornwall, south-west England, as the son of parents in the Royal Air Force. He began practising yoga and discovered the Bhagavad Gita as a teenager, and then became a devotee of Krishna. He studied in India and served his guru’s mission throughout the UK, Ireland and East Africa. He is a teacher of the culture and history of Sanatana Dharma, and has travelled extensively across India for many years. He lives outside London, close to Bhaktivedanta Manor, the largest Krishna temple in Europe. He travels throughout Britain, a land where thousands are fascinated by the food, philosophy and music of India. This is his ninth book.
