About Author

Here are brief biographical sketches of the authors: - Dr. David R. Anderson: Professor of Quantitative Analysis at the University of Cincinnati's College of Business Administration. He holds B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees from Purdue University. Dr. Anderson has held roles as Head of the Department of Quantitative Analysis and Operations Management, as well as Associate Dean of the College of Business Administration. - Dr. Dennis J. Sweeney: Professor of Quantitative Analysis and Founder of the Center for Productivity Improvement at the University of Cincinnati. He has also worked in the management science group at Procter & Gamble and served as a visiting professor at Duke University. - Dr. Thomas A. Williams: Professor of Management Science at the College of Business at Rochester Institute of Technology. He earned his B.S. degree at Clarkson University and previously served as a faculty member at the University of Cincinnati's College of Business Administration, where he developed the undergraduate program in Information Systems and served as its coordinator. - Jeffrey D. Camm: Professor of Quantitative Analysis and Head of the Department of Operations, Business Analytics, and Information Systems at the University of Cincinnati's Carl H. Lindner College of Business. He holds a B.S. from Xavier University and a Ph.D. from Clemson University. - Dr. Kipp Martin: Professor of Operations Research and Computing Technology at the Graduate School of Business, University of Chicago.
