About Author

Professor, Human Resources Management at the International Management Institute, New Delhi. He has been a consultant with the International Labour Organization and the Indira Gandhi National Open University. Behavioural science consultants. Previously at International Management Institute New Delhi, he has held senior faculty positions at the University of Northern lowa, USA, Indian Institute of Management , Calcutta and the National Labour Institute,Delhi.
