About Author

A.K. Chitale (Ph.D.) is Academic Advisor and former Director, Govindram Seksaria Institute of Management and Research, Indore. Earlier, he was Professor and Head, Department of Industrial Engineering and Management, Shri Govindram Seksaria Institute of Technology and Science (SGSITS), Indore.Rajendra Prasad Mohanty (Ph. D. ) is a Vice Chancellor, Shiksha 'O' Anusandhan University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Dr. Mohanty has won many awards and has a significant contribution in the field of Human Resource Management. He is a Member of various global professional bodies like Charter Member, British Literati Club, UK and Advisory Council, Association of Indian Management Scholars. He has got an academic experience of 34 years and has also authored several books.Nishith Rajaram Dubey (Ph.D.) is Professor at National Institute of Technical Teacher's Training and amp, Research Institute, Bhopal. Having 26 years of academic experience, Dr. Dubey has been a member of Indian Society for Training and Development and Former Chairman of Indian Society for Technical Education. He has published/presented many papers in national and international journals.
