About Author

Philip Kotler holds the distinguished position of S. C. Johnson & Son Distinguished Professor of International Marketing at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. He is the acclaimed author of "Marketing Management" (Pearson), now in its fifteenth edition, which is globally recognized as the most widely used marketing textbook. Dr. Kotler has authored numerous successful books and over 100 articles in leading journals. He is also the only recipient of the Alpha Kappa Psi award for the best annual article in the Journal of Marketing on three occasions. Kevin Lane Keller is the E. B. Osborn Professor of Marketing at the Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College. He holds degrees from Cornell, Carnegie-Mellon, and Duke universities. Professor Keller's research has been published extensively in major marketing journals such as the Journal of Marketing, Journal of Marketing Research, and Journal of Consumer Research. He has also served on the Editorial Review Boards of these journals. With over 90 published papers, Professor Keller's research is widely cited and has received numerous awards.
