About Author
Dr. Rama Shankar Yadav is a faculty in the area of Human Resource Management at the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak (IIM-R). Dr. Yadav has published book chapters, research papers, and case studies in various international journals. He is also serving as an Associate Editor for the Indian Journal of Human Relations. Sunil Maheshwari is Professor of Human Resource Management at IIM Ahmedabad. He is an Alumni of IIT Delhi and IIM Ahmedabad. He is a former IRPS officer. He switched to academics in 1998. His research, consulting, and teaching interests are strategic human resource management, international.
