About Author
Renée Giarrusso is a highly sought-after leadership, communication and mindset expert, speaker, educator and mentor. After 15-plus years in senior leadership roles, she founded RG Dynamics, a company that passionately works with leaders, teams and organisations to energise mindset, communication and leadership to lift erformance and create a connected and collaborative workplace culture. Renée’s experiences working with clients on adopting a gift mindset built the foundations for this book.
