About Author
Dr Sheela Nambiar is an obstetrician and gynaecologist, fitness consultant and a practitioner of lifestyle medicine. She runs an obstetric practice in Ooty and has a wellness/fitness programme called Training for Life (TFL) which she uses as an extension of her medical practice. Sheela is also the author of the books Get Size Wise and Gain to Lose.
