About Author

Scott Harrison has transformed tens of thousands of people’s lives from all over the world through his incredible Six Pack Revolution programme. A qualified personal trainer, he also holds a Level 3 Psychology Diploma, plus he’s a black belt karate instructor (who has competed at a national level). Scott is a proud dad to three beautiful children, and is a loving husband, too. Scott is a major advocate for the immeasurable benefits of health and fitness, and his programme is not only training celebrities and motivating everyone, of all ages, to transform their physical and mental health, but it’s also alleviating so many debilitating illnesses and conditions. There is nothing Scott enjoys more than spreading the SPR magic worldwide.
