Deo Have contributed a preliminary report on the geological issues in the environment of Kachchh area. Moreover, GIS archaeology is applied to the Kanmer site by Teramura and others. Professor Peter Underhill has given us a paper on DNA analysis of human genetics.

About Author

Toshiki Osada is a Professor at the Research Institute for Humanity and Nature (RIHN), Kyoto and the leader of Indus Project. He has conducted extensive field research on the language and culture of Munda since 1984. He edited the book titled Indus Civilization: Text and Context Vol. 1 (26) and Vol. 2 (29), and edited with Dr. Uesugi the RIHN-Manohar Indus Project series titled Current Studies on the Indus Civilization. Akinori Uesugi is a research scholar working for the Indus project at RIHN since 27. He specializes in Harappan archaeology, and has long experience of conducting excavations at several sites in South Asia. He is a co-editor of Current Studies on the Indus Civilization Vols. 1-3 (21), Vols. 4 and 6 (211).
