Eva Kultermann Eva Kultermann is Associate Professor and Associate Dean of Academic Affairs in the College of Architecture at Illinois Institute of Technology, where she teaches courses in architectural design, material technologies, and energy conscious/sustainable design. William P. Spence William P. Spence was Dean of the College of Technology as well as Professor of Construction Engineering Technology emeritus at Pittsburg State University in Kansas.
