About Author
Purnima holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Delhi University. In 1996, she switched careers from being a teacher to becoming an instructional designer. She has worked as an instructional design expert for the last 25 years. She has applied instructional design for K-12, Higher Education, Corporate Training and Vocational Skills. She is founding-partner at ID Mentors, a firm that offers certification programs in instructional design.
