About Author

Ritesh's journey is nothing short of inspiring. As a fourth-generation entrepreneur, he had success in business, but was struggling with his health. Eight years ago, he was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, Hypertension, Bronchial Asthma, and Hyperacidity. It was a wake-up call, and he knew he had to make a change.

Ritesh didn't settle for simply managing his conditions. He wanted to reverse them, and that's exactly what he did. Through a combination of lifestyle changes and a deep understanding of science, he was able to improve his health and wellbeing. And he didn't stop there. He wanted to help others do the same.

Since his health transformation, Ritesh has helped thousands of others achieve better health. He has spoken at over 250 events in India and abroad sharing his knowledge on health and longevity. He's not just a motivational speaker, though. He has a certificate in physiology from the prestigious Harvard Medical School and a certificate in nutrition from the renowned Tufts Medical School.
