About Author
Toshiba Shukla, B.tech (Gold medalist, University Topper) and M.Tech (Computer Science) GATE Qualified (twice), is a leading top educator of the country for the UGC NET and JRF aspirants. Having worked as a Software Engineer for few years, she quit her job to prepare for Civil Services. After writing few mains she began teaching Students for UPSC and State Services.
