About Author
SEKHAR SESHAN, 71, has been a journalist since 1972, after earning a B.Sc in Chemistry and a post- graduate degree in journalism, B.J. His five-decade career has spanned newspapers, magazines and wire services, with a stint in public relations. He was in Business India from 1989 till his retirement as Executive Editor & Bureau Chief South in 2012, and continued as a Consulting Editor till 2021. He continues in magazine journalism, as Consulting Editor with Corporate Tycoons, Member of the Advisory Board of Corporate Citizen. He also edits and writes books, having co-authored two, Human Resource Management: The Human Face, and No Holy Cows in Business: 9 Principles of Entrepreneurship, and written a number of commissioned biographies about prominent professionals and others working to make a change in society, like Dayanand Agarwal, founder chairman of DRS Group (Agarwal Packers & Movers), Dr B. Ramana Rao and his Village Clinic, Social Venture Partners, Bharatanatyam guru Maithili Raghavan, and CreditAccess Grameen Ltd.
CYNTHIA ALBANNAWAR, 49 is Bachelor of Arts and started her career in 1994 as a Secretary. Having worked in various positions she joined as Personal Assistant to Shri. R. C. Sinha, I.A.S. (Retd.) when he was setting-up Maharashtra Airport Development Company in 2004 and continues to be his Executive Assistant till date. Being his longest serving Executive Assistant she has indepth knowledge about the contribution and impact that Shri. Sinha has had on the Indian infrastructure. Having acquired great administrative and management skills in the span of her career she has become an asset to the organization and has contributed towards successfully implementing infrastructure projects.
