About Author
Amitabh Pandey studied Economics at St Stephen’s College and the Delhi School of Economics, Delhi University. He has taught at an undergraduate college of Delhi University, worked for many years for the Government of India, and built software systems in the private sector. Amitabh finally retired to Noida to read and perchance to write.
