About Author
Sports Psychologist Mugdha Bavare is an award-winning swimmer and a recipient of Maharashtra state's highest award, the Shri Shiv Chhatrapati Award, for excellence in swimming. She has been a Co-founder of 'Disha Counseling Center', a mental health centre dedicated to mental health and vocational guidance for children, adolescents and adults for the last 25 years.
Mugdha is also a Founder of 'Mindsports' which works for mental training and performance enhancement of athletes. She is a sports psychologist practising in the field for more than two decades, working with many Indian elite athletes across different sports.
