About Author

S.M. Abdul Khader Fakhri specializes in modern Indian history. He received his Master of Philosophy degree from the Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi and his doctorate from the University of Cambridge, England. He has worked at the National University of Singapore, Singapore and Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. His publications include special issues of Ethnic and Racial Studies and Geoforum.
